Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of SHATTA FANS, Shatta Tuesday Market, Gold Card, premium number, vendor promotion, review, reporting, payment, and digital content features (the "Service").

The Service is operated by SHATTA MOVEMENT, with an address at Accra, Ghana ("Operator", "we", "us", or "our"). Questions should be sent to support@shattamovementfanbase.com.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority in your country, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Vendor accounts, subscriptions, business listings, and business payment details are intended for users who can lawfully enter binding agreements for themselves or for the business they represent.

2. Brand, Artist, and Affiliation Notices

The Service may refer to Shatta Wale, Shatta Movement, SHATTA FANS, Shatta Tuesday Market, fan numbers, Gold Cards, badges, related names, images, marks, songs, events, and community language. These references are used only as permitted by the Operator's rights, permissions, or applicable law.

Unless the Operator has confirmed written permission, nothing in these Terms should be read as claiming that the Service is endorsed by, owned by, or formally operated by any artist, management company, label, sponsor, payment provider, or third party.

3. Fan Registration and Public Community Features

Fans may register with information such as name, email, phone, WhatsApp number, country, city, social media handles, favorite songs, fan-since year, and fanbase chapter. You agree that submitted information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.

Fan numbers, fan cards, QR codes, verification pages, directories, rankings, and statistics are community features. They do not create a government ID, financial instrument, bank card, employment relationship, ownership interest, or guaranteed benefit.

Some fan information may be displayed publicly on fan cards, directories, Gold member pages, verification pages, and community statistics. Do not submit information you are not comfortable using for the Service.

4. Gold Cards and Premium Numbers

Gold Cards and premium fan numbers are optional paid community features. Pricing, availability, validity periods, approval rules, and benefits may change from time to time.

Requests may require payment confirmation through Paystack, MTN Mobile Money, manual Mobile Money transfer, bank transfer, payment reference, or uploaded payment proof. Approval is not automatic unless the payment flow expressly says it is.

Gold Cards, premium numbers, badges, and membership labels are community recognition features. They are not credit cards, debit cards, stored-value cards, bank accounts, securities, tickets, guaranteed access passes, or promises of direct artist engagement.

5. Vendor Accounts and Marketplace Features

Vendors may register with personal, business, identity, payment, and contact information, including ID cards, selfies, Mobile Money numbers, bank details, subscription proof, flyers, product images, videos, prices, and descriptions.

You represent that you have authority to act for the business, that your information and uploads are accurate, that your products and services are lawful and safe, and that you have the rights needed to upload and promote your content.

The Operator may verify, unverify, badge, suspend, reinstate, blacklist, or remove vendors and submissions based on admin review, payment status, reports, suspected fraud, misleading claims, unsafe products, intellectual property complaints, or other policy concerns.

The Service is a promotional and community platform. Unless we expressly state otherwise, we are not a party to transactions between vendors and customers, and we do not guarantee vendor products, customer payments, delivery, quality, legality, or customer satisfaction.

6. Subscriptions, Promotions, Reviews, and Reports

Vendor plans may include monthly promotion limits, review requirements, pricing, validity periods, and approval workflows. Subscription approval does not guarantee sales, views, customer contacts, social media posting, ranking, or continued publication of any specific submission.

User content includes profile information, business listings, identity uploads, payment proofs, flyers, videos, product images, descriptions, prices, reviews, reports, comments, and other material submitted through the Service.

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, resize, display, publish, moderate, remove, and use that content as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the Service.

Reviews and reports should be truthful and based on genuine experience. We may moderate, hide, remove, or investigate reviews and reports.

7. AI and Admin Moderation

The Service may use automated checks, AI-assisted analysis, keyword screening, image quality checks, fraud signals, blacklist checks, and admin review to identify risky, misleading, or suspicious vendor submissions.

AI-assisted tools may be wrong or incomplete. Final moderation decisions may be made by the Operator.

8. Payments and Refunds

Payments may be handled by third-party processors such as Paystack, MTN Mobile Money, Mobile Money operators, banks, or manual payment channels. Those providers may apply their own terms, privacy notices, fees, verification requirements, reversals, downtime rules, and dispute procedures.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, payments are final after activation, approval, delivery, or use of the relevant feature. This includes activated Gold Cards, approved premium numbers, approved vendor subscriptions, published promotions, and delivered digital music or streaming access.

Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, confirmed processor errors, incorrect activation caused by the Operator, payments you did not approve verified by the payment provider, or other situations required by law.

9. Digital Music and Streaming Access

Digital music purchases, album access, stream tokens, previews, and downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial listening only unless separate written permission is granted. You may not share, resell, copy, redistribute, scrape, bypass access controls, reverse engineer tokens, or use automated tools to access protected audio.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Service for fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, money laundering, illegal activity, false identity information, misleading vendor claims, harmful uploads, spam, scraping, unauthorized data harvesting, or attempts to bypass payment, moderation, security, rate limit, or verification controls.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service design, code, text, layouts, generated community cards, badges, compilations, databases, and other Operator-created materials are owned by or licensed to the Operator, except for third-party materials and user content.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact support@shattamovementfanbase.com with enough information to identify the content, your rights, and the action requested.

12. Security, Availability, and Termination

You are responsible for keeping account credentials, admin access, payment references, and devices secure. We may use rate limits, session cookies, CSRF controls, audit logs, IP checks, payment verification, upload restrictions, and moderation tools.

We may update, suspend, discontinue, rename, reprice, limit, or remove any part of the Service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated, payment cannot be verified, security risk exists, legal risk exists, or continued access may harm users or the Service.

13. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, and guaranteed outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, lost business, lost data, reputational harm, payment provider failure, vendor-customer disputes, or unauthorized user conduct.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid to the Operator for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, unless applicable law requires a higher amount.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. Before starting a formal claim, you agree to contact support@shattamovementfanbase.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally.

15. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
